Holistic Bilingual Waldorf Education

We support families through holistic Waldorf education, bilingual teaching, and learning while traveling—believing children learn best when they feel safe, seen, and inspired.

Our Approach

At Swifts and Swallows, we believe in providing a nurturing and holistic learning experience for children and families. Our approach is centered around nature, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development. We aim to create a space where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love for learning.

Our
Story

Get to Know Us

Swifts and Swallows is founded by an experienced Waldorf teacher couple and parents of two children (ages 8 and 10).

Grounded in university Master’s degrees in Education from Germany and Waldorf teaching certifications, our work weaves strong academic foundations with rhythm, creativity, and holistic pedagogy.

We offer bilingual education in English and German, combining structured learning with creativity, rhythm, and connection to nature. Our work supports children not only academically, but socially, emotionally, and developmentally.

As educators and parents, we understand the realities of family life. We value flexibility, trust, and relationship-based learning. Whether working with families at home, in community settings, or while traveling, we bring continuity, care, and clarity to the learning process.

In addition to teaching, we consult families on Waldorf- and anthroposophy-inspired approaches to lifestyle, rhythm, and learning, supporting parents in making conscious, sustainable choices for their family life.

We also accompany families while traveling, living and learning together as a family with our own children. This allows us to offer educational continuity, daily rhythm, and grounded support for both children and parents on the road.

A Family of Educators

We are educators, parents, and travelers, weaving learning, rhythm, and connection into everyday life with the families we support.
