All content in the swifts and swallows courses is the property of swifts and swallows and cannot be shared, used or sold elsewhere. 

Materials purchased by schools and/or teachers must be used in a classroom or *nonprofit* environment dedicated to face-to-face instruction.

 

Class teachers in public and private institutions MAY NOT share their personal login information and give students direct access to our courses. Appropriate use of our lessons involves teachers adapting the content of our courses to meet the needs of the specific children in front of them and then presenting it to the children themselves.

Teachers and schools found to be misusing our content will be removed from courses without a refund of fees.
